Blog Launch Package: $1200
The Blog Launch Package gives you a full 10 hours of my time to do whatever it takes to get you blogging at a significant discount compared to my hourly rate of $140/hour. The Blog Launch package can include any or all of the following:
- Web Hosting and domain name assistance
- WordPress blog and database installation, setup, and configuration
- Design selection and customization
- Custom design
- Assistance with AdSense or other monetization methods
- All your questions answered courteously and in plain English
- Assistance and walk-throughs of how to use WordPress
- Assistance in setting up Feedburner feeds, and how to use them
- Assistance in setting up visitor tracking capability, and how to read the reports
- Assistance in setting up Technorati and social networking accounts, and how to use them
- Strategy for blog content

Blog Boost Package: $852
You have a blog, but so far, it hasn’t provided the expected results, and you’re getting that sinking feeling. You need more traffic, more subscribers, more comments. You need professional coaching! You need a mentor who can help you turn your struggling blog around.
The Blog Boost package consists of either analyzing an existing blog that’s underperforming or determining goals for a newly created blog and then developing a roadmap to boost the marketing and content value of the blog. This package is a little more structured: we meet at regular times over the phone or IM to determine objectives and set goals. This is more like business coaching as most people know it, only for the unique needs of a blog. We meet once every two weeks for 3 months, for an hour each time. At $852, this represents a significant discount over my hourly rate.

Blog Master Package: $1682
Even though it is the most expensive up front, the Blog Master Package is by far the most popular services package I offer. The Blog Master package is a combination of both the the Blog Launch and Blog Boost packages. This is the most comprehensive package of all, since it includes both starting a blog and then 3 months of coaching afterwards. This package saves you over $100 compared to the Blog Launch and Blog Boost packages separately, and is a great value when you’re starting out.

Blog Wrangler Package:
$199 setup & first month, $62/month afterwards
Keeping up with WordPress’ frequent updates, plus plugin updates, plus backing up your blog, plus making sense of your traffic reports takes more time and involves learning skills that most people can’t be bothered with. This package can be used separately from the other packages. If your blog is already set up, you can have peace of mind knowing your upgrades and backups are taken care of. Once a month, you will get:
- Numbers of unique and returning visitors
- List of popular posts
- List of search terms people are using to find you via search engines
- Number of FeedBurner subscribers, clicks, and reach
- List of sites that have linked to you
- A copy of your WordPress Database backup file (plus I keep a copy, just in case)
- A copy of your WordPress template backup file (plus I keep a copy, just in case)
- Recommendations by me on ways to improve or capitalize on this information
The Blog Wrangler Package is only for self-hosted WordPress blogs, and not for blogs hosted on WordPress.com. Disaster recovery is not included in this package, but will be charged at the hourly rate below. If you had your blog setup by me already, the setup fee for this is waived.

Hourly Consulting & Coaching: $140/hour
Sometimes you just need a little help–maybe only a couple hours of time to fix a problem or customize a WordPress theme. Hourly consulting & coaching can be whatever you need. Useful if you don’t think you’ll need all the hours offered by the packages.
